WD40 With Applicator 5 Litre
WD-40® is a versatile liquid designed for multiple purposes: displacing moisture, controlling corrosion, lubrication, cleaning, and penetration. It effectively penetrates minute grain boundaries in metals, protecting against rust and corrosion, while also lubricating light machinery and electrical equipment. This petroleum-distillate-based formula can clean grease, grime, and marks from various surfaces without affecting fabrics, rubbers, or plastics. It operates within a temperature range of -100°F to +500°F, recommended for cleaning, preserving, and protecting tools.
The Five Basic Functions:
- Cleans: Easily removes dirt, marks, and grease, dissolving adhesives for label or sticker removal.
- Protects: Shields metal surfaces from corrosion and moisture with corrosion-resistant ingredients.
- Lubricates: Contains dispersed lubricating ingredients that firmly adhere to moving parts.
- Penetrates: Loosens rust-to-metal bonds, freeing stuck or rusted metal parts.
- Displaces Moisture: Dries out electrical systems to prevent moisture-induced short circuits (remember to turn off the power before applying).
Unusual Uses:
- Remove scuff marks from skirting boards and water marks from shower screens.
- Clean piano keys, deter slugs from plant pots, and stop ironing board squeaks.
- Eliminate tea stains from worktops, deter squirrels from bird tables, and remove chewing gum from shoes or carpets.
- Prevent record skipping, and free stuck zippers with WD-40®.
